DPLIANCE is a Paris-based software editor. We were born from a conviction: you can leverage data without exploiting people. Since 2019, we've been building the tools that prove it — for organisations that want to understand their users, respect their privacy, and depend on no one.

It all started with a refusal.
When the GDPR came into force, we started building compliance tools alongside field DPOs. Today, our software is deployed in hundreds of organisations — companies, local authorities, associations — across France.
That field experience showed us what nobody was doing: simple tools for non-technical people, sovereign without compromise, accessible without an IT budget. So we built them.
